A little detail I can share though…
Currently working with the founder of a multi-studio Interior Design agency to update financial operations and processes.
This includes creating new project resourcing and estimating systems and implementing clear bookkeeping and financial reporting standards, with the primary goal of improving profitability through better cost control and synergy across both the UK & Singapore studios.
Alongside this, I provide weekly strategic support, helping navigate everything from operational bottlenecks to integrating an exciting rebrand.
Supporting a Brighton-based charity in developing their flagship community hub.
Leading the property search and acquisition process, while working with the CEO on feasibility, project strategy, and stakeholder management, including preparing both internal reports and external proposals.
Guided an independent flex-workspace operator through significant organisational change.
This included team restructuring, recruitment and working with the founder on their exit strategy.
Provided interim GM support, mentoring of middle management team, and recruiting and onboarding a new Managing Director and senior team.
Following the leadership transition, led the creation of an expansion plan for the same operator.
Developed commercial models and concepts, managed the full tender process, and oversaw stakeholder, landlord and contractor relationships through the design and value engineering phases.
